Never Miss a Job is an AI-powered missed call and text-back assistant designed for Australian tradespeople. The Service provides automated SMS responses to missed calls, voicemail transcription, AI-driven conversation handling to qualify leads, and dashboard access to view conversation histories.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Our Service relies on third-party APIs, including Twilio for telecommunications and OpenAI for artificial intelligence processing. Your use of the Service is also subject to the acceptable use policies of these providers. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or errors caused by these third-party services.
Access to the Service requires an active subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon providing 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and your data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
