Communications: Audio recordings of voicemails, transcripts of voicemails, and SMS conversation histories between our AI assistant and your callers.
Usage Data: Basic server logs, IP addresses, and session cookies required for authentication and security.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. Specifically:

To operate the AI-powered missed call and text-back functionality.
To transcribe voicemails and summarize caller intent.
To send you (the tradie) SMS notifications regarding new leads and messages.
To maintain the security and isolation of your account data.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on trusted third-party infrastructure to deliver the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge that data will be processed by:

Twilio: Used for routing voice calls, recording voicemails, and sending/receiving SMS messages.
OpenAI: Used for transcribing voicemails (Whisper API) and powering the conversational AI assistant (GPT models). Data sent to OpenAI via their API is not used to train their public models.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on our servers. We employ industry-standard security measures, including:

Database encryption at rest.
Strict per-customer data isolation (multi-tenancy architecture).
HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit.
Secure, hashed password storage (bcrypt).

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain caller data, voicemails, and transcripts only as long as necessary to provide the Service to you. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all related conversation histories and audio files will be permanently destroyed.
